There are a few questions about COPS-DROPS that we are always happy to answer:
Where do they come from? What's inside? What do they taste like?
And often just whether we have any with us when we are out and about at events. There are already some "repeat connoisseurs" among our customers.

Some of our colleagues from the Vienna office took this as an opportunity to pay a visit to Zuckerlwerkstatt Wien as part of our regular COMe (COPS Member Meetings).

Co-founder, book author and confectionery enthusiast Christian Mayer personally took the time to tell us about the founding of his company, the history of "Wiener Zuckerl" and to describe the production process in detail.

In addition to the production process of the handmade treats, it was also very interesting to learn that the Zuckerlwerkstatt only uses natural ingredients, 95% of which come from Austria.

This naturally includes our popular COPS DROPS with the blackcurrant flavor, which a few more colleagues at COPS now not only know how they taste, but also how and where they are made.

After so much sweetness, it was time for something savory to round off the day, and so the evening was concluded with beer and Viennese tavern delicacies.
